GHIN # ________________________________ All members must have a GHIN # with the Captains Golf Course in order to participate in the 18-Hole Association.
All members of the Association must have a Captains handicap = 36.0 or a GHIN index of 35.5 or lower within the last season. Exception: Article III, section 2.
In order for your name to appear in our handbook your check MUST BE RECEIVED ON or BEFORE Feb.15th. However, you can join the Association at any time during the year.
